Safety Coordinator's on-site activities comprise:
- Site inspection whenever necessary. This can happen on monthly, weekly, day to day or even continous 24/7 basis.
- Safety Coordinator stops and prohibits unsafe work proceedures and workers behaviour immediately on sight.
- Reporting
of all recognized safety hazards in the daily safety file. The file
comprises incident/accident identification, location and exact time,
related regulation transgression, responsible workers name, company and
signature, short rectifying training subject.
- Managing
of all safety related meetings with designers, construction managers,
subcontractors and construction owners. Meetings can be held on a
weekly basis or whenerver feasable. On meetings weekly incidents and
further preventive information are communicated by means of the weekly
safety report.
